Shipping for Add-ons
5 months ago – Tue, Apr 28, 2026 at 09:01:44 PM

Hey everyone!

We’ve seen some questions regarding how add-ons will affect your shipping costs. We want this process to be as seamless as possible, so we’d like to clarify how we’re handling those charges.

Because the global logistics landscape can shift significantly over a year, it is difficult to guarantee exact rates today. However, we can confirm that all add-ons will utilize weight-based shipping rather than a flat rate per item.

What does this mean for you?
Generally, shipping becomes more efficient as you add items. For example, if the shipping estimate for one T-shirt is $15, ordering two T-shirts will not result in a $30 charge. While the total shipping cost may increase slightly with weight, the cost per item will decrease.

As we finalize the exact weights for all our products and get closer to our shipping date (about a year from now), we will be very vocal about the final rates so there aren’t any surprises. We want you to have the full picture before any transition happens.

To be clear, we will not charge your cards for shipping until we are much closer to the actual fulfillment date. You can expect plenty of updates regarding shipping and other logistics well in advance of that charge, giving you time to review your order.

We're so excited to be working with such amazing fans to make such amazing products. As always, thank you!

⌛ Less Than 5 Hours Left to Claim Your Bundle
5 months ago – Tue, Apr 28, 2026 at 04:10:28 PM

Caretakers,

The countdown is almost over.

There are now less than 5 hours left to back the Fablehaven campaign and claim your bundle before the gates close.

This is your final chance to secure the exclusive movie, premium hardcover book, games, collectibles, and newly unlocked apparel available only through this campaign.

If you have already backed the campaign, you can still return and edit your pledge to add any unlocked apparel or other add-ons before time runs out.

And if you are not planning to back the campaign, please consider sharing it with your friends and family so they do not miss this final opportunity to become a Caretaker.

Less Than 24 Hours Left to Add Your Fablehaven Gear
5 months ago – Mon, Apr 27, 2026 at 10:24:27 AM

Caretakers,

You did it.

Because of your incredible support, we have officially hit our apparel stretch goals. That means our exclusive Fablehaven add-ons are now unlocked and available to purchase.

You can now add:

3 different Fablehaven T-shirts
1 official Fablehaven embroidered hat
4 premium Fablehaven hoodies

These items are exclusive campaign add-ons, and they will only be available during the campaign. With less than 48 hours remaining, now is the time to add them to your pledge before the gates close.

If you have not backed the campaign yet, you will need to select one of the campaign bundles first. Once you have a bundle in your cart, you will be able to access the add-ons and choose the apparel you want.

If you have already backed the campaign, thank you! To add the new apparel items, simply return to your pledge and select Edit Pledge. From there, you can add the new shirts, hat, and hoodies to your order.

Please note that because these apparel items are being handled separately from the core bundles, each apparel add-on will include a separate shipping charge to make sure your gear arrives safely.

Thank you again for helping us unlock these stretch goals and for making this campaign such a magical experience. We cannot wait to see Caretakers wearing Fablehaven out in the world.
